Responsibilities of Sales Account Manager:
- Liaise with customers / clients to understand and qualify their requirements.
- To proactively follow up on leads and enquires which come through from a variety of sources.
- To manage the sale through from initial, enquire through to completion
- Arrange viewings of office spaces for potential customers / clients and following these up to ensure the sales continues to move forwards
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ensure all documents and processes used are in accordance with company standards.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Comply fully with all company procedures, processes and policies.
- Any other duties as required by the business.
- You will have Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Reliable and well organised
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work within company procedures and standards
