As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the front end of the sales cycle, therefore the entry point and key to the success of the whole team. The right candidate will be maximizing every single opportunity to engage with potential candidates, and rather than just take on the inbound enquiries, actively go out to market to meet with individuals who are interested in the industry. This role will include travelling nationally and internationally; as well as organising and hosting European Information Sessions to educate interested parties. Your aim will be to educate and nurture your leads up to the point where they have completed an application and scheduled their initial assessment.
We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, proactive approach and team player, who can demonstrate experience in a similar customer focused sales role. Flexibility to work outside normal office hours including weekends is essential for this role. You will also need your own transport.
