Our market is set to surpass $70 billion by 2024, so now is the time for us to invest. We seek a Sales Manager to be based in Luton within our growing UK business.
Our ambition is to be the number 1 in our market place and we are determined to be ahead of our competitors. We need an experienced and highly motivated person to develop and inspire our team. Working with our customers across the UK, we will look to you to develop and nurture our business. We will require you to strategise and implement your sales ideas to win new customers, whilst caring for our existing client base. You will drive our 2 sales agents in securing business leads and pre-qualifying business opportunities.
You will plan and organise new business meetings, proactively following up on lead generation and we will measure your results against targets set. Your account management and relationship building skills must be second to none, as the customer journey is of the utmost importance to us. We would like to find someone ideally from either a PPE or disposable goods sales background, or an alternative comparable fast moving product sector. So if you have sold into care homes, laboratories, the NHS or industrial settings such as car garages, where protective clothing is paramount to health and safety, we could be your next career move.
You will be given full support from our European Sales Director, who will introduce you to our products, testing platforms and processes and the ways in which we have successfully secured new business previously. In return we offer competitive benefits and a salary of £36k basic and commission of between £5-10k target dependent, plus a car and all the tools you need to successfully undertake your role.
