Our client is a world class manufacturer, something they are extremely proud of. An opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a sales support administration role and a good level of MS Office.
Their sales support function is a valuable part of their sales team, playing an important role in coordinating quotes and pre-sales tender packs, tracking sales leads. The role also supports post-sales activities, such as coordinating deliveries and managing customer service levels.
Duties to include:
Responsibility for the successful progression of all sales orders into their Engineered Products Division encompassing:- OEM and Export products from point of enquiry, quotation and order placement to invoicing and final account.
Pre-Sales Support
· Supporting the Engineered product Divisions external & internal sales functions.
· Support customer and partner enquiries with quotations and technical information.
· Keep external & internal sales functions up to date with latest production lead-times, product issues.
· Understanding and providing quotations along with and supporting documentation as requested.
· Where required assist other departments within the sales function in order to produce sales offers to ensure full scope of works etc. are adequately articulated & documented to meet customer needs.
· Assist repeat business by providing excellent customer service.
· Collating and ensure all documentation are filed in an organised and accurate manner to the designated filing system.

Post-Sales Support
· Responsible for receipt of all sales orders into the Engineered Products Division, ensuring all orders are correctly reconciled in terms of cost and scope of works, ensuring customer order reflects the offer.
· Ensure all sales orders are booked into the companys business management system (Progress Plus) and progressed correctly through the system from point of order through to final account.
· Responsible for timely acknowledgment of all sales orders ensuring lead times are correctly communicated and documented to customers and any variations in information are highlighted and resolved prior to manufacture.
· Where required, prepare and issue project information to customers.
· Liaise with Production Managers & Team Leaders to ensure all orders are progressed within agreed time scales.
· Responsible for and co-ordinate the production & issuing of product approval drawings association with the Engineering div.
· Responsible for post-order correspondence with customers ensuring all aspects of a project are effectively communicated and documented.
