Our dynamic growing Managed Service provider is looking for a passionate support engineer to join their friendly, supportive, expanding team where you will work a shift of Monday to Friday either 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am.
- To be focused on clients support needs
- Take ownership of incidents and manage them through to resolution
- Supporting Office 365
- Ms Office, Exchange, Windows Servers, Server Virtualisation (Hyper V/VMware), LAN, WAN, Cisco etc
- Providing Service Desk and some NOC monitoring
