We are looking for an Administrator for a long term contract working for a large manufacturer in Yeovil.
The role is working within a technical team to put together packs with critical data in about the repairs of helicopters. These packs are very detailed and require a great deal of accuracy to ensure that the right signatures are obtained and the right information is documented and systems updated every time for sometimes 150+ packs at any one time.
You'll need to be an accomplished and organised Administrator and communicator to make sure that these packs are all documented and processed in accordance with the airworthy standards. You'll also need to gain signatures for the packs from all levels of internal customers on a face to face basis.
As you are part of a team, you may also be required to assist with other team administrative duties.
Experience of working with volume data and paperwork is essential as is the ability to work on Word and Excel. If you have experience of working on SAP and PowerPoint, this would also be advantageous but not essential.
