Temporary Administrator

Julie Rose Recruitment are seeking an organised Temporary Administrator to work on a temporary basis for their client who are a company based in Brixton.  You will be working in a small team, using your excellent organisation, administration and typing skills. 

This is a temporary position for 4 to 6 weeks to cover a permanent role.

Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Main Duties for the Temporary Administrator:

  • Answering telephone and providing accurate relevant messages
  • Chasing up of timesheets
  • Completing documentation in forms of letters, reports, specification, minutes, certificates and related documents from handwritten drafts or digital dictation
  • Daily filing management
  • Email management
  • Postal duties including collating post, franking and preparation for collection by the Post Office
  • Photocopying documentation and binding
  • Preparation and updating of spreadsheets according to priority
  • Act as first point of contact
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Person Specification for the Temporary Administrator:

  • Accurate typing
  • Good organisation skills
  • IT Skill - Advanced MS Word, knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Clear confident communication skills
