Testing Administrator job

For this Testing Administrator job we are looking for a presentable and efficient individual to work at a busy and reactive office.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Generating technical reports
  • Raising invoices
  • Preparing quotes
  • Quality assurance administration
  • Taking all incoming enquiries including face to face, telephone and email
  • Handling all incoming deliveries and post
  • Typing letters, sending faxes, filing
  • Writing up reports
  • Updating data on Excel and Word

To be considered, applicants must have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent administration skills with previous experience in a commercial role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good level of proficiency with Word, Excel, Spreadsheets and Databases
  • The ability to converse in Welsh is highly desirable but not essential  
  • Full driving license and own vehicle is highly desirable

This position is an on going full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on a salary of £17,000 - £18,000 dependent on experience, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
