As a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer your duties will include:
- Interviewing candidates over the telephone and face to face.
- Arranging interviews and job offers.
- Searching the internet, internal and external databases for relevant candidates for each position.
- Speaking to customers over the telephone to discuss candidate performance at interview
- General office administration
- Support senior managers and directors.
- A bright spark who is keen to learn the skills needed to be a success in the recruitment industry.
- Confident, organised and someone who wants to progress fast.
- Good communicator and confident on the telephone, in addition a good listener.
