On behalf of our manufacturing client in the Rochdale area, we are recruiting for a trainee Sales Administrator on a temp to perm basis to assit in the running of the Sales Office, covering calls and Reception and to assist the Sales Administrators with their duties.
Hours of work 8.00 - 17.00, Friday 8.00 - 13.00
Rate of Pay £15,000 per annun
Answering the telephones / directing calls
Meeting and Greeting visitors
Filing and Archiving
General Office Cleanliness
Booking out / creating Export documentation
Booking customer collections using dedicated portals
Creating reports for Directors on a weekly basis
Direct customer contact regarding their orders and schedules
Liaising with production to meet customer deliveries
Updating customer orders / forecasts
This is not a exhaustive list, you may be asked to complete additional duties which will fall within your remit.
This position would be highly suited to a young professional/collage leaver, looking to make a break into the business world, with a solid manufacturing company, who can offer training and career progression.
