£16,960 rising to £18,000 after training + £1,200 attendance bonus (paid as £300 quarterly payments) + a generous profit share (that pays out every year and is realistically an additional £1,500).
You thrive in a busy administrative environment, handling goods in.
Working in a vibrant team of people who are employed by a business where few leave (because they are rewarded well and it has a family feel).
And you don't mind the lack of glamour, with a desk with your colleagues in the warehouse.
Dealing with goods in, you'll be talking to delivery drivers and couriers (who might want to have a chat or a cup of tea on their rounds), handling goods receipt notes (GRN's), proof of deliveries (POD's) and booking deliveries into the computer system.
It's a busy warehouse and part of a business that will look after you. Not just with money but with good working hours and conditions. And the small team you're working in day to day are friendly and hard working.
Hours might be subject to flexibility but you can expect that a normal working day will be 8am to 4pm, 30 min lunch except Friday where you'll get 1 hour for lunch. There's a canteen selling bacon butties and the like, a company pension scheme and death in service. Holiday is 33 days including bank holidays (you will need to reserve days for Christmas closing).
